W-PFS-010 Wall Mounted(10 lit/min fuel polishing system which removes particulate, bacteria, free and emulsified water. Complete with an interactive colour touch screen.)

Fuel conditioner neutralise bacteria ( The WASP Fuel Conditioners as a key component of the PFS Fuel Polishing range. The internal magnet neutralises bacteria cells as well as attracts metal filings.)

10lit/min in enclosure(10 lit/min diesel cleaning in a stainless steel enclosure for protection from the elements.)

10 lit/min trolley (The Trolley mounted add-on is complete with stair climbing wheels for easy manoeuvrability. Ideal for cleaning multiple tanks on multiple locations.)

10lit/min Frame(Frame mounted option for when wall mounting to fuel tank is not an option.)

color Touchscreen included(Interactive colour touchscreen for programming, status monitoring, set up and more.)

Multi-tank cleaning (This fuel polishing system was built to include the 3 tank automatic change over add-on. The customer had 3 fuel tanks on-site and were able to use just one unit to clean all three.)

Add-on : Heater/cooler( Enclosure W-PFS units are supplied with thermostatic ventilation to ensure your system is kept cool in warm ambient temperate. For cooler environments, internal enclosure heaters can also be used to maintain a minimum ambient temperate and avoid condensation.)

Add-on : Drip Tray(Drip tray option complete with drain tap for easy draining of contaminates from both filters.)

Add-on: Enclosure(Ideal for outside locations as it is mounted in a stainless steel Weatherproof enclosure complete with latch.)

Add-ons:Modbus(Modbus connectivity to ensure compatibility with your building management needs.)

Add-on: Towing unit(Can be attached to a vehicle for easy transportation between sites.)

Fuel Polishing results(The sample on the right was removed from the bottom of a fuel tank. The cloudy appearance shows the contamination and there is free water at the bottom of the jar. The left example is after one pass through a WASP Fuel Polishing Machine.)

Fuel tank contamination(This is an example of a fuel tank which has been effected by a bacterial infection caused by water in the tank. Water is created from condensation and rain leaking in to the tank.)

10 lit/min with dosing(This fuel polishing system complete with the dosing add-on had a requirement of being able to fit in a man hole. Our engineers worked with the customer to ensure the system could easily fit in the given installation area.)
