W-PFS Servicing Guide

wasp fuel polishing onsite servicingTo ensure the efficient and optimum running of your system, we highly recommend you service and replace some of your system particulars every 12 months.

The primary aim of the filter is to clear any foreign contaminants from the fuel to ensure the fuel is as pure as possible. The filter element (within blue and grey filter) collects the contaminates so it is important these are back washed regularly to clear out the contaminates to avoid blockages. The filters can be back washed up to five times before the element should be replaced. Regardless, the elements should be replaced on an annual basis or if they show any signs of wear and tear.

We also recommend you check the quality of your gaskets every 6 months and replace every 12 -36 months or at first signs of wear and tear.

Separate to the regular service, the system will flag if it requires any servicing or spare parts. This is via its built in automatic monitoring system.

Your annual service should include:

Grey Filter

  • Element Replacement  (Part required- see table below)
  • Check gasket and replace if required (Part required- see table above)
  • Drain water

Blue Filter
