We are an SME based in Hertfordshire that specialises in after-market sales of various filtration technologies into industries covering Marine, Agriculture, Industrial and Transport.
Due to rapid international growth, we are looking to expand our administration team and are looking for someone who to support our growing warehouse capacity ensuring timely turnaround of goods in/goods out, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
The role will be working alongside existing employees reporting directly to the managing director and will involve speaking with current customers/suppliers, identifying the correct product needed, processing sales orders, booking goods in and out in our systems, supporting the warehouse team in packing and shipping when required, ensuring timely payment of customer invoices.
As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow into the role, gaining insight into the different facets of our business. We are looking for someone keen to learn and grow with us.
Whilst this is a part time role there will be times when full time support will be needed for holidays/sickness and as the business expands.
